It was looking like it was going to be an interesting day for the gold miners, but it ended up pretty dull. They started out the gate like a horse headed to the glue factory while gold and silver were up. I expected the metals to follow them down and the miners to accelerate down as they like to do. So I bought and held some dust for a short time and also lightened up on miners and metals. But then surprisingly as you said they held...making today kind of a neutral, non-committal day for them.
