Something about this slide deck irks me. When has Sanofi ever displayed any sort of sales or marketing muscle? The ex US sales are always weak. All this talk about growth growth growth, what growth are they responsible for? Dupixent/Regeneron is bailing them out. And all the million indications Dupixent getting approved for just papers over the fact that they haven't maximized each one.
And then they go and botch Covid vaccines when the world needed them and supposedly vaccines are their expertise. I am starting to really hate this company
