It and bayer are bad deals because it allows them to rack in revenue/profits and not perform on ROW sales. I don’t know how to structure deals but this doesn’t seem to produce ROW sales. Will be interesting if they can do better on their own. I’ll have to look at keytruda and see how Merck does % wise on ROW sales.
