Dave...Richard..... Any thoughts on Smith-Kline and Glaxco (sp) merger, and impact on Kdus? I suppose we'll see this morning, but I see a few things: More R&D dollars available to invest in drug discovery, and greater need TO INVEST in R&D to support soaring earnings growth of SK. On the wild speculation side, Smith-Kline might find Kdus very attractive at this broken-down price -- they might want to own the patents, going forward. Perhaps this merger may be signaling the beginning of a new round of consolidation that will bring the combination of genomics and high-speed computer scanning more to forefront. Just thinking out loud. Steve
