I'm not sure what you mean. Racking up sales and profits without effort is a good thing. The deal is good and incentivizes both parties. Bayer makes money by having strong sales. Given that Bayer has an effective sales organization that does its job, it makes money for both parties. No different from Sanofi deal, the only difference is that Sanofi is incompetent
