Pro Forma Reserve Data, as indicated recently in a January 5, 1998 S-3/A filing was as follows: Oil, Natural gas Liquids ............. 315,280 MBOE Gas (2,328,700MMCF)................... 388,117 MBOE Total ................................ 703,397 MBOE This is as of Dec. 30, 1996 including Parker/Mesa and Chauvco. The vast majority of these reserves are located in the US.
