General HELP Question:
Last week I inadvertently typed over the server name in the connect dialog box for Internet Trader and pressed enter. I think that the the server that I connected to was named "CINDY" - but I could be mistaken. Since than I have not been able to log into ITrader. I downloaded their install program, uninstalled the original program, reinstalled the downloaded program, even reregistered with ITrader. I still get the connect screen with "CINDY" as the server to be connected to. Each time I try to connect, the application locks up (Does not respond) and I have to delete it with the ctl-alt-del command.
Thanks in advance for any help to resolve this cycle and help me get connected to ITrader.
