Alberta reports it's first case of in-school transmission of a variant.

Dr. Hinshaw has said the current regulations will stay in place.
One of the issues still being researched is the role of school children in spreading covid variants.
Being cautious now will pay big dividends, the variant cases can increase rapidly.

Canada has been sorely afflicted by delayed deliveries of vaccine.
A lot of people are dismayed, it is normal I suppose, doses are getting out there, but we have no doses.
On a positive note this pandemic will create a very robust system of vaccine manufacture and delivery.
Canada has implemented plans to create vaccine manufacturing capacity.
In Europe some countries are legislating the requirements to even be allowed to deliver vaccine.
Many spoiled shipments add up to large losses.
