Yes, but social acceptability as defined in the Act has some issues with real world behaviors. The Miller mine location is not commercially viable as agricultural land. Make no mistake about it. CPTAQ preliminary orientation made that clear. As for social acceptability, the mine/ operation needs to be able to harmoniously co-exist with the community, full stop. Now, there are environmentals to consider including noise, dust etc. But those items all have simple engineered solutions!!
Then there exists the crackpots. Let them be cracked ?? CPTAQ meeting must be close at hand. CRM running under all this too. Suspense with the CRM. THAT will come with no warning or spidey tingles
