DAVOS-SAP sees 1998 sales up 30-35 pct

DAVOS, Switzerland, Feb 2 (Reuters) - German software group SAP AG (SAPG.F) expects sales growth of 30 to 35 percent in 1998, down from 62 percent the year before, executive board speaker Hasso Plattner said on Monday.

Plattner said SAP expected the slowdown because of the effects of the Asia crisis on its corporate customers and slower software sales in general due to concerns about the millennium bug issue.

The point is that they are still expecting 30-35 % growth and as you pointed out SSAX systems are Y2K compliant.
