It was as I guessed, not actual acquisition of shares, but of the convertible notes. These now yield almost 16% or more and it looks as if TRV is playing the spread, bought some at 39.75 sold at 40, then bought another chunk at 40 and sold above 42 about 65A% of these. I would not say that this is a big vote of confidence, just a small part of a junk bond portofolio taking few trading profits when available and in the maenwhile trying to collect a sizeable interest. Let see how the stock itself move, this 13D is not an indication of change of fortunes IMHO.
