NEBC actually fell $.20 on the news today. I might be tempted to short this one prior to the shareholder vote. I can see it falling off a cliff if the transaction actually closes. Want to feel older? CCIV was up another $8.48 today to $39.98. Still no deal with Lucid Motors.
