Fact: ZGS has signed 2 contracts for this coating subject to HC approval
Therefore, ZGS has something that no other company has, a patent on a coating that could be a game changer. No one else can use this formula without paying ZGS a royalty. Therefore, because there is no competition for it, ZGS sets the price. So I ask a simple question, why would ZGS disclose their margins? Wouldn't that just serve to work against them in their next negotiations with the next customer? Margins will eventually be borne out in the financials in any event. Just because Zengold doesn't like it, it doesn't mean its not the right thing for the company. Unfortunately, he doesn't understand business or at least pretends not to.
Also, the comment about 4 mining companies passing on Albany, give me a break......where is the proof or support of such comment. Then his last post, calling it a ponzi pump? really? Now he is accusing management of engaging in illegal activity? Honestly, why give this guy any time on here? Legitimate questions or concerns are fine but this is guy is a buddy of AE's and is angry because Dube and Fenton have turned the company around and have set it on a path for success. |
