IMHO -those are the best and please check the nutrition sites

Every morning

15 to 20 ml virgin olive oil with coffee

15 to 20 gram of thin sliced ginger root also with coffee

one small spoon of graded lemon whole

1 little cup of boiled red beet juice

8000 units of Vit D3

Raw garlic whenever possible

raw slices of avocado one in few days

when in season pomegranate few spoons daily

Omega 3 foods like salmon, sardines nuts and other seeds

This is my recipe to keep most virulent viruses away.
