RE: News coming soon?

In the conference call, Len said:

we have commitments for a new three year $200 million line of credit underwritten by J.P. Morgan and Citibank, which we expect to have signed in the next week. This new line of credit is now unsecured and has a lower interest rate and fees.

Their old line of credit was secured against receivables, and was underwritten by a group of about 17 banks. Other than that (and the lower interest rate and fees mentioned by Len), everything appears to be the same.

I'm not sure if they plan on issuing a press release when it's final [which should be any time now], but news like this is usually considered very good by the Street.
