You might be right about a spring surge this year, but in year one last year I believe the media played it up too much, because surges really only took place in certain parts of the country while overall new cases dropped compared to the initial winter months. Meanwhile, currently new cases have dropped 65% from peak - so the trend is the trend till it ain't. Mostly :)
