Yes, value picks are playing a catch-up. Good feeling to see a flat market and own portfolio up.
I think we have seen the bottom in CBOE after the bounce today.

ING announced last week that they have ready 3.3 Billion Euros for distribution from last year, probably to be distributed after September, if ECB lifts the restrictions. Stock rallied quite a bit after that and based on current market cap this is equivalent to around a 9.5% dividend. This does not include what they expect to earn in 2021 and they are targeting a 50% payout ratio. Currently at 0.67 P/BV.
