TK, I checked a map, their offices are, in fact, within sight of each other. It sounds to me like you have access to the Pentagon's Spy Satellite when it's not being used to track Iraq's troop movements - this is great, you can keep us informed of who's coming and going at the Co.! :-) It does appear from the various info. we are seeing that the change in auditors was more a business decision than any disagreement with the previous firm. Also, their probable entry into Canada will require a firm with more international exposure. Thanks B-Man for the info. you received regarding this matter. Gary
