President Clinton didn't abuse power. He had a sexual affair and we've never looked at sex lives of presidents before. Hell, we don't even look at the sex lives of Supreme Court nominees, or members of the Supreme Court or Congress. Why Bill Clinton? You see, republicans hated him because he balanced the budget. They're losers.
