Yes David...you are correct...there is typically some regional nick-naks on the walls of most Applebee's. What I meant is that regardless of my location...home in K.C. or a lonely night on the road in North Platte, Nebraska (ughh) I can go into Applebees and feel like I am dining back in K.C. This is very appealing to the business traveler. I am sorry about the stock performance of late. I do think that this is an undervalued stock. You may want to beef up a little right now in hopes of beating the return. Regards, Jason
