God has the right to be self-determined in all things, and to be answerable to no one because He alone is self-existent, self-sustaining, and thoroughly good. We want to be self-willed in all things like God, answerable to no one like God, but we are not self-existent, nor self-sustaining, nor good like God. The shape the world's in proves we need God to guide us. He sent His Son, Jesus into the world that we might put our faith in Him. He is the Good Shepherd who alone can lead us to Paradise.
