Joe and all: Recently, Identix (IDX) got itself in hot water with it's stockholders by artificially raising the price through hype and I understand some questionable earnings figures. This resulted in a class action suit. I just want to state that we should all be patient and allow the company to break news in an orderly manner. We should not desire to see the company artificially raise the price of the stock, as this could invite shareholder complaints at a later date. As long as the increase per share is based upon real earnings, and valid supply/demand factors, such as produced by the buyback, we are on safe ground. Thusfar, this has been the case. Just a word of caution to everyone. We need to learn from the mistakes of others. Lee
