AWS pulled the plug...

But they did not follow their own rules... their contract... in how they did it.

Laugh at the lawyer explaining it to you if you want... but you laughing at the lawyer... has zero credibility.

And, note... the TOU canard you mis-characterize... is only ONE element in the lawsuit... each of which, taken together, in the totality, reveal a pattern...

Foolish to think AWS will be given a pass, in this instance, if there is any other client that had a similar experience... with posters threatening to kill Trump, for instance... and AWS acted any differently toward them than they have toward Parler...

Your political bias is not a reason to violate your contracts... and the law... in how you treat people.

If you allow (wrongly) that AWS did "pull the plug" legitimately... and chased Parler off their property... then you could (wrongly) make the case they did nothing wrong... if that was all that happened.

But that's not all that happened... so you still have to explain, and justify, how and why AWS not only stalked Parler while they were on AWS property... but violated their own rules in dealing with them... and then followed Parler off their property... and, in cooperation with other members of their gang, murdered them in the street.

This is about the most egregious case I think I've ever seen... of lunatics in a bubble convincing themselves they're doing right... while engaging in the corporate equivalent of mob violence...

But, I think its the only instance I've ever seen in which it was political bias that was the obvious source of the animus driving the choice to violate the law and others rights.

I've seen the same behavior from tobacco companies, in the past... and a couple other smaller companies run as fronts by flat out criminals... upset with people obstructing the success of their plans, or exposing them... The behavior you tend to see when people believe themselves to be above the law... isn't really much of a surprise... as it tends to be remarkably consistent... That element of predictability is likely not at a limit here, yet, either... an easy prediction to make.
