In the past, when the move was down, many on the board thought that the rest of the world had the bad news, and wondered what it might be. They were right. Perhaps the recent upward movement means something quite positive beyond the widespread coverage of fibre channel, and the announcement concerning Litton, and the subsequent announcement concerning Litton's new sub, TASC.
