A suggestion from my side ..... if you don't already do it .....

List all the basic sets of Data that you need for your Tax return and split them into individual Tables via EXCEL, or similar, using a month to month basis.

And then place these individual tables into one overall spreadsheet.

For example, I own several properties that I rent out. For each property there's (a) Rental Income, (b) Municipal rates, (c) Levies, (d) Repairs/maintenance, etc.
Each property has its own Table and several times in the Tax year I just add the necessary latest info.

I find putting the necessary data into that spreadsheet several times of the year makes doing my final tax return far less of a pain in the rear end because all the necessary info is in one place and up to date ....

In my opinion, EXCEL was the greatest piece of software ever developed.
