Hi Ryan, I have no information for when earnings will be announced so I am personally using last year's date as a rough guide. They were announced on March 4 last year. It doesn't mean it will occur at the same time this year though. We may have 1 month to go.

As to what I think about buying at $8.00 and what the downside risk is. I don't give anyone any short term predictions for stock price. I don't want that responsibility. Go back and read posts #43 and #44 and #45. There was a guy who blamed me for him buying in at $5.80 and saying he would get even with me. In post #45 I told him that as the year progressed he would come to regret that he ever made those posts. Presently sitting at $8.50 I wonder how he feels now.
The only time that I make short term predictions is when I have facts and data from the company in which to base them on. If you read the previous posts you know that I am predicting $0.04eps for the 4th quarter which was derived from a press release from the company.

As far as downside risk from here, LWAY does have a high P/E and is selling at a Price/Book of 8 times. If the future growth doesn't happen then I think you know what will happen. Remember that LWAY is a microcap stock, lots of risk. So you need to do your own homework because it's your money. I will answer any questions you have about the company that I can. There is alot of good information about LWAY in my previous posts here on this forum.
