Cowen upgrades Cree on underappreciated device platform 07:56 CREE as reported previously, Cowen analyst Jeff Osborne upgraded Cree to Outperform from Market Perform with a price target of $150, up from $90. The analyst believes its device platform remain underappreciated and he also sees significant upside to the silicon carbide and gallium nitride markets. The company is also well capitalized on solving the bandwidth and cost challenges facing the implementation of 5G and electric vehicles.
