Ron,

Oil prices are down today, but seem to have found some support. Among the drillers, there seems to be relative strength among offshore drillers, relative weakness in land drillers. I expect that the offshore company's will continue to show greater relative strength.

I agree that it is hard to predict what either the oil market or stock market will do from here let alone what impact it might have on drilling stocks. But once we begin to get some comfort that oil prices are basing and won't go significantly lower, whether at these prices or even somewhat lower, the drilling stocks should begin a big rebound.
