Yes, I have actually read up on the "$400 Million Zuckerberg used to privatize the elections in the five cities"... I see nothing illegal about funding operations that were underfunded. I would say that was generous and above board, allowing legal votes to be counted...as much as you would have liked them to be suppressed, as in Georgia and Texas.
