I can assure it is not illegal. Anyone spending 400 million to steal an election has the money to pay lawyers to make sure it scrapes by legal definitions to insulate him from wrongdoing.

But is there no element of fundamental right and wrong? When you steal an election, even if you cannot take anyone into custody and hold him accountable, is there no personal accountability at stake?

This is not a place we should want to be, as a nation. Where a massive ballot harvesting operation by a private citizen can go unchallenged. You realize you set the stage for BOTH sides doing it next time around?
