I don't care who I'm arguing with... I care about the argument.

My facts aren't wrong... My logic isn't wrong... My argument is correct... not just in terms of logic, but in relation to the law... if obviously more complex and well considered than your own... which seeks to avoid addressing any of the elements that matter... You really haven't addressed any of mine yet, much less poked holes in mine ?

What I see on your side is "partisan talking points"... not impressive.

Thus far, I'm not seeing much evidence those I'm talking to here even understand what I'm saying... which makes "laughing and walking away"... a surrender. Note that particularly again, as Viva Frei isn't an idiot... rather than the guy who invented the genre of video law blogs... and his success in that isn't due to his persistent legal misjudgments... Others seem to appreciate that, as I do... which does little to suggest I should value your dismissive opinions about Viva, or Alan... at all.. The impact, in my judgement... the opposite of "intimidating" by being dismissive... is rather more disqualifying. Alan may not agree with Viva on the blogs I posted... but at least he'd tell you why... rather than assume you'd accept his opinion based on name recognition... while remaining anonymous ?

I do appreciate the effort made in fabricating a new persona for the purpose...

Me laughing at you. But, for purpose... You guys need to understand this... and it is a problem you don't.

I've never been intimidated by "who I'm arguing with" anyway... when I do know. But, that is one of the primary advantages of anonymity on the web... is that it strips the participants of the "advantage" of "winning" an argument by fallacy as 'you don't know who you are arguing with"... Or, it has some of that ability. The element of "branding" a pseudonym undermines that, over time... still resulting in people opting to engage in team sports rather than focus on making better arguments...

Make a better argument....

Or, make ANY argument...

I haven't seen a valid argument from you yet... that has not been dismissed with prejudice in reply...

Refusing to engage... pretending you can ignore the argument as presented, or can ignore the other guy as "not worthy"... because of an overinflated ego being threatened... is itself not worthy.

Otherwise... I can guarantee you I've argued with better... and won my share... particularly on this subject of the commons in relation to business interest, and freedom of speech...

Also, you don't know who you are arguing with, either... or what I've accomplished in life ? And that's no more relevant to the argument engaged here than anything else... that has nothing to do with the substance of the argument.

So, let's focus it on the arguments... which you've been refusing to address... or admit even exist ?
