There is no question that HR1 is clearly unconstitutional. Aside from Alito and Thomas, who's going to stop it? Amy Barrett, the fraudulent back-stabbing wimp? No chance. Kavanaugh the punch drunk accused rapist? Forget about it. Roberts, who sides with Dems on every key decision? No way.
