That's how I feel about your long-winded, disjointed, nonsensical rambles.

You're contriving legalities that simply do not exist (so-called "commons" vs. private property rights). Rest assured that if it was a pertinent legal argument in this area it would have (and indeed may have) been litigated sixteen ways from Sunday by plaintiffs and adjudicated by the courts over the past quarter century. It's an inapplicable argument. Period.

You're conflating protected speech vs. speech rights and who is and is not obligated to support either. You're conflating Constitutional 1st Amendment rights with the protections afforded by Section 230. Even if 230 is eviscerated, the 1A will still stop the liability from being imposed on interactive computer services, but at ruinous cost to plaintiffs, defendants, and the courts. The winners will be lawyers; the end result will not change. The losers will be everyone who is deprived of the variety and choice of provided by hundreds of thousands of platforms to share their views with filtering and a megaphone of their preference.

I've pretty much accepted that one cannot rationalize with an irrational person.
