I lived in Parnell for years, first with my parents then flatting in a couple of places. Lived there for a while after getting married, too. I know the rose gardens well.

Electric carriage - some body commented that you will not hear them coming. Easily solved with a recording of horses going clippity-clop clippity-clop. I think there will be a market for customised EV sounds - I like the sound of a steam locomotive, but there are endless possibilities.
