This thread goes back to literally the beginning of time insofar as first amendment law and the net. We were the first ever to even attempt to apply anti-SLAPP law to both outside of politics and relative to the net. We were the subjects of the very first papers about free speech on the net, and "the" go-to repository for subsequent papers, articles, and legal docs for places like EFF.org and Harvard's Center on Law and Technology (now called the Berkman Klein Center). All that stuff is still here, often posted by the defendants themselves. SI Dave has perhaps more years of first person experience with dealing with this subject than perhaps anyone anywhere.

This board has always been about facts, with some discussion thereof, not agenda. Only one person has ever been banned from this board. Believing in second chances, I reinstated him. He was just was banned again... from here, not SI. He can go start his own board and ban whoever he wants from it. But given he is currently being ignored by a whopping 60 people, he/she is lucky if anyone even takes notice. But-- if he persists in spreading malicious falsehoods about me or us, he might one day be the unfortunate subject of a post here. His/her choice.

BTW, given oatmeal typically has a recipe for oatmeal cookies on it, why doesn't foil come with instructions for how to make a hat? I mean, what else does anyone ever use it for?
