Bill,

There are a number of reason:

1) Long call value erodes as these things base, I have call positions
2) They are responding to the price of oil, but shouldn't be
3) Analyst say one thing, but seem to be doing another
4) I don't make any money
5) Some of this stuff I bought higher in price, and would like to not be under water with
6) I don't have full conviction we're out of the woods

Hope that sums it up....
