Nevin,

Looking at the half full side of things, remember that during the conference call they said that the general trend was for the DUV integrators to be raising prices. That lends some circumstantial evidence to the idea that demand is relatively strong. While there may be some lumpiness around when they take delivery on lasers, as long as they continue to sell DUV machines they will go through whatever inventories they have and buy more lasers.
