Sjp: Speaking of Mr. Teo, I used this weekend to get caught up on my Value-Line issues and the most recent one dated 1/23/98 does not show him as a big holder of the stock. Merrill has 6% and the directors 9%; notation next to Merrill says 6/97 proxy......is this before Teo picked up his shares? Aaron
