Pyng Technologies Corp's subsidiary Pyng Medical Corp has receivedÿ ethical approvalÿ forÿ theÿ F.A.S.Tÿ 1ÿ Systemÿ forÿ Intraosseous Infusion from the University of Maryland Medical Center. Ethicalÿ approvalÿ wasÿ requiredÿ in orderÿ toÿ proceedÿ withÿ fullÿ fieldÿ trialÿ evaluationÿ ofÿ the F.A.S.T 1 Intraosseous Infusion System in live patients, in actual emergency room and preÿ hospital conditions. The University of Maryland Medical Center one has agreed to conduct field trials and be the centralÿ dataÿ collectionÿ centre forÿ theÿ F.A.S.Tÿ 1ÿ System. In the US Pyng Medical Corp is now cleared to proceed with UMMC on live trials at Maryland as well asÿ manyÿ otherÿ sites selected for fiefd trials in the US and coordinated by UMMC.

This news release follows the company's recentlyÿ announcedÿ approvalÿ from theÿ Ethicalÿ Review Board of the University of BC, to conduct field trials on the F.A.S.T 1 system atÿ Stÿ Paul'sÿ Hospitalÿ inÿ Vancouverÿ andÿ Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster.
