To All: Isn't the bottom line 24 hour trading by PC with a 1 cent spread to cover the actual cost of the transaction? Seems to me the stock markets could learn a lot from the Bank ATM guys. When I lived in London 10 years ago I could get Pounds Sterling from my Visa card and the transaction fees were nominal. We have the techology. Let's use it!
