I established a small position in ibex. Perhaps I am rationalizing here but I did so far the following reasons.
1. Increased exposure to India
2. The reaons the CPA cited for resigning dont make that much sense . there may be other unspecified reasons but I dont know what they are and this company has been around for along time and has relationships with fortune 500 companies so they must be doing something right operationally
3. as far as i can they are in one business that has done positive cash flow for a long time, and three new business that they are developing. Each of these new business if they were an IPO that was softbank backed could potentialy sell for the current market cap of the company. .I like the ceo seems like a sharp if flamboyant entrepreneur. I am very impressed with what he appears to have built out so I am willing to risk a small portion of my portfolio to see what develops.
4. the cash payment arm fits my model of a reopen play.
