Rick,
sec.gov

Just wanted to encourage anyone interested to read through the latest Genta SEC filing. I just found it incredibly insightful into how low priced issues that are cash strapped often lead to massive dilution.
Unfortunately its the small individual investors that are the one's that get blindsided, while those supplying the company cash often make out very handsomely, far better than may meet the eye.
One can draw their own conclusions as to whether Aries/Paramount are one's to invest with.

I've followed Lampert via Barron's for several years now. He's had his winners and losers. SEPR, GLFD, INCY to name a few of his big winners. GNTA (pre-pre cash starvation days), AIMM to name a couple of losers. Note I would venture to guess he's long gone from both GNTA and AIMM, probably taking a bath in GNTA, but may well have made money as it did climb smartly prior to its falling off a cliff last year. From all accounts, Lampert has possibly the best long term track record out there in biotech.

Thanks Rick for starting this interesting thread.
