I bought two of these 10Gbe cards and a SFP+ cable to move big files between my main two systems. It seems to peak at 5Gbps. Install was very strange, both systems hung for many minutes on boot, and each required two restarts. On Windows 10. But once they made into Windows, the cards were installed and properly working. The first boots were very scary. It seemed like they both stopped for ten minutes. I was wondering if I really screwed up...

I will try to get them to full speed when I have time at some point.
