discounts to book value are nice but did you now say that alby was selling at book? re the article on malls. I cant say that i am too surprised nevertheless the latest earnings projections i saw for macerich were for profits of over $2 in both 2021 and 2022 . I am not smart enough to say thats accurate or not but thats what the street forecasts are. I know that once I am vaccinated I will feel more comfortable going into stores and dining in restaurants and look forward to going to see movies again on a big screen.
