The only thing I can think of would be futures options for the Russell 2000 futures. I doubt they are tighter than IWM but that's probably the only viable alternative. I cannot imagine any other Russell ETF with tighter options spreads, as IWM is the elder statesman.

Other alternative is another major ETF. Like QQQ.
