dj: "Really curious about this as you come across as knowing it all, how do you get information from the SEC and what they are doing?"

The SEC gives out no information, I simply am applying logic. There has been no censuring of any sort regarding the false information, and that will not be ignored. The SEC's charter is to provide for a safe and efficient market, and if they ignored such a violation, they would be acting against their own charter. That will not happen.

There are some basic issues that I believe they look at, knowledge I gained from GIFS. One of your worst enemies is your own group and the lack of acknowledging there are any problems what-so-ever internally at the company. How do you think that looks in all honesty to the SEC?

I believe it works against the shareholders trading interests. This board is assuredly monitored and shareholders and posters alike should keep that in mind. It would be considered normal to read posts of anger that their stock is not trading and reasons for it. One can focus on different issues which potentially make up the whole picture, i.e. Mork, share count, vessel, factories, ptm, website, lack of financials, releases, evictions, shorts...but instead there is basically only one voice expressed by shareholders. (There are a couple exceptions and that is not normal)

I know that you do not appreciate my posts because I have stressed wrongs, and those wrongs would not have been so stressed if it had not been for personal attacks and standard issue cartel line, time after time.

There is a better way to squeeze the shorts, appear more credible, and committed, but it may be too late for that. Honest communication would do so much more for the cartel than the current style of posting. It comes across very poorly and it is your money on the line.

You must seperate yourselves from the company, remain committed to achieving your goals and most likely will need new additional blood. Do not scare them away, become more balanced in your approach, become more credible and business like and reduce the appearance of a cult of rmilers. Stop the screaming and !!!!!!!

This is only about whether or not you will be successful in your squeeze efforts. Focus on that, build upon that, build upon the strength and commitment of your group. If additional buyers are needed, they need security to join in and that is not being expressed right now.

Concentrate on what the actual probabilities are and learn more about them. There was a reason I stressed so often, Morgan, Financials and the SEC and you are seeing the results. Good luck.
