St JOE had a run-up from $20 to $50 starting in October 2020. Why do you think that there is more to come? Have you done a valuation of the hard assets and how fast are they redeveloping their land? I was taking a look at TRC but they are very slow with redeveloping the land. Pretty sure they may have a spike in the 20s at some point but who knows when that point will be? I don't for once. Rotation to value/reopening plays continues strong, had I not looked at the S&P yesterday I would not have known the market was down.
