I heard that Mr Fink is still handling the case for E-Data. Part of his reason for re-locating was to be near his daughter and grandchildren. As GRC has said, for the "little stuff" he can employ local counsel to "cover it". For the "real thing" he is a 2 hour flight away from White Plains, just north of NYC. C'mon, Judge Jones!
