***Response from Joe Lanza***
Wes, you owned Xecom before you and I ever spoke. I have been straightforward in my advice. There are things that I don't know and things that you don't know. If I had known the stock would be at this price I wouldn't have bought almost 400,000 shares from 68 cents down to 17 cents and I would not have borrowed almost $200,000 to do it.
So, Wes, I have read all the news releases and quarterlies and the 13D showing sales in December down to 23 cents. I did not think Andy was a seller. If I had known, I would have told people to wait, which I am doing now. The traders will play against Andy's position. They know he needs to be liquid and that price isn't a problem.
So, until the Company can get a solid hold on this position, I am at a loss. I can't tell you or anyone else my opinion because I don't have one right now. Xecom is coming along--the stock price is not because of this massive position that could come on the market.
I have been a buyer all through 1997, as my postings have indicated. I am not a happy camper. Now, who do I blame for all the negative postings? I want Xecom's price to go higher and I have done everything I can personally do to this end. To answer your question, Wes, I am telling people who are calling me to wait. I do not want anyone saying I knew what was going on and didn't explain it to them (I take it this is what you are trying to imply about me). Voyager is the last stock problem and I thought it had been taken care of. My mistake, and I have consequently compounded my losses.
Xecom should hear hear from Voyager in a few days and I'm sure they will release a statement. |
