Effective at the opening, Tuesday, March 9, 2021, the common share purchase warrants of Northern Vertex Mining Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.

The warrants were issued in connection with a recent arrangement undertaken between Northern Vertex Mining and Eclipse Gold Mining Corp. Please refer to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Feb. 16, 2021 (joint Northern Vertex Mining and Eclipse Gold Mining bulletin) as well as the news releases dated Jan. 14, 2021, and March 5, 2021.
Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of Northern Vertex Mining at a price of 80 cents per share and will expire on Jan. 14, 2023.
